Location and reasonable value

Pillows were not comfortable too high and too hard. Bathroom could do with a spruce up, however towels were good.

My GPS had the numbers on the street wrong (it hasn't happened before) so I had trouble finding the place

I recently had a very good stay at this hotel on Cobra Street in a country town. The value for money was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. The staff were attentive and provided great service. The location on Cobra Street was convenient, with plenty of food options nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with basic amenities and a slightly larger fridge. Although breakfast was not included, there were many options available in the area.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory; no improvements needed.

In a sea of similar properties, I chose this for the included wifi and decent price. Wifi was best ive had in dubbo yet

Just a please stay no hassles all good

We recently stayed in this hotel during our Christmas holiday and we liked the fact that it was located in a convenient spot, close to many restaurants and attractions. The beds in the room were surprisingly comfortable and allowed us to get a good night's sleep. the nearby parking made it easy for us to unload our luggage and check-in without any hassle.

The carpets were visibly dirty and had an unpleasant musty smell that made us uncomfortable. We raised our concerns with the hotel staff, but due to the hotel being fully booked we were unable to switch rooms.
